The news report shows gay marriages to be a good thing and something the majority of the public wanted, for this reason the media has portrayed the legalisation of Gay marriage in England and Wales a positive thing. however, the report brings up the point of how certain religious views were negative towards it and believed in the opposite sex marriage as well as certain public views are negative. overall, from the report it seems as though its positive and the many people are happy with it. 'Rev Andrew Clain' from the St Mary's church in Kilburn explains his story of how being a church priest its hard for him to be homosexual as it will bring conflict with his church but he is happily getting married in the summer next year.

The current TV show is quiet open about the Indian accent portraying the race of the character through his strong accent. The representation of him being old is positive as is doesn't portray him anything different but instead shows him to be old and wise which is a good representation in my view. Even though its a stereotype its still shows him to be a respected man who people in the movie go to for more knowledge.

 The Ellen Show presents Channing Tatum as a very strong and brave male by showing the unique heights of what he jumped off. This represents his gender as he did certain things that many females would hesitate to do. In Addition, when Ellen introduces what Channing you hear the audience scream out of happiness, being a good looking actor he has many fans who are female that like him and they are the ones mainly in the background cheering him on which represents his gender being a male. The show represents him in a positive way as a alpha male who attracts many people due to his looks and body. He expresses himself to be a strong man through his commanding voice and smart sense of dressing.

Middle class are represented through the school teachers in a positive way as they are portrayed to stand up for their rights and should receive the right amount of wages they work hard for. By media showing this strike makes the public more aware of what the down side of their profession is and how they have to work to receive what they have and not being as simple as the public see it.
