The current TV show is quiet open about the Indian accent portraying the race of the character through his strong accent. 'Kunal Nayyar' plays the role of 'Raj' in the TV programme 'The Big Bang Theory' and as shown in the clip his accent is very strong showing he is foreign. The show gives the character a positive role as being clever and so they don't show the race as being a negative part of the show.
